Managing Finance
This unit will enable participants to acquire the knowledge and understanding of basic financial management and the skills to be able to create a budget and a cash flow forecast for their business.
Sourcing Finance
This unit will enable participants to acquire the knowledge and understanding of the types of finance available and the skills to be able to pitch their idea to investors.
Marketing Your Business
This unit will enable participants to acquire the understanding, knowledge, and skills to create an effective marketing plan for their business.
Building a Brand
This unit will enable participants to gain knowledge and understanding of the importance of a strong brand and the skills to identify the desired brand characteristics of their own business.
Presenting Your Business
This unit will enable participants to develop the skills to be able to confidently present their business, product, and/or service ideas to stakeholders.
Building Your Online Presence
This unit will enable participants to develop the skills, knowledge, and understanding of how to develop their business’s online presence.
Selling Your Products and Services
This unit will give participants the understanding and knowledge of an effective sales process, the skills to be able to plan, and embed this in their business.
